Convention Pickup Policy

I will occasionally offer in-person order pickup at conventions I attend. This option is only available for select events and will be clearly announced in advanced.

How Convention Pickups Work

Convention pickups will only be available during certain preorder windows. I'll announce these windows through my Instagram stories or in my discord server. I will give a promo code for the convention which will waive shipping fees. Please note, if you use this promo code and do NOT pick up your items the order will NOT be refunded and the items will be restocked. If you cannot pick up your items, please email me, we may be able to work out shipping fees so I can still mail it to you.

Once you're at the event, please come find me at the time specified by your promo code. These times will likely be between 10-11:30 or 4-8pm. If you are unable to make those times work, please contact me at Winterraart@gmail.com.

If you would like to preorder an item for a convention that I have not made a convention pickup announcement for, please email me and I will see what I can do!
